Awaiting Approval reply
You will be sent a schedule of approval reply in the event of seats avilability and student application matching Ministry of education regulation and school policies.
Registration fees
After completing the inquiry online form, you may sign onto registration fees either notified by mail or on school premises.
Student interview.
Welcoming interview will be attended to student with school administration and grade HOD ( head of department ) to understand the child needs and to address his potential educational growth.
Parents Student Registration

The administration of the school has the right to accept or reject the admission of the student.
The student should arrive to school and leave on time. The school begins at 7:20 am. if the student is late for one lesson then according to the school policy he/she is considered absent for the day.
If a student is 5 minutes late for the exam day, he/she will not be allowed to enter the exam room without an acceptable reason.
it is not allowed for the student to bring to school the mobile phone or electronic games etc…, otherwise the school administration will take the necessary action.
All students must bring their right books with according to the school daily timetable.
the school has one unified uniform.it is obligatory for every student to wear it during the school day. All hair styles must be in accordance to the Quran and the tradition of our beloved prophet peace be upon him. No long hair is allowed for boys.
Any student will be expelled if he/she doesn’t follow rules and internal policy of school. In addition the parents will have to pay the right amount if fees owed by the school.
500 AED should be paid for registration or re-registration. This amount of fees is un – refundable if the admission procedures are not completed by the specific date given by the school.
Student for whom registration has not been completed , due to the lack of identity documents , are not the responsibility of the school and the school has the right to request the parents to pay the full amount of fees owed by the school even though the registration of the students has not been completed.
The school closes at 2:30 pm. After this time the school will not take any responsibility to look after the students.
fees must be paid by the end of March. The school has the right to stop the students if the fees have not been paid by the mentioned date. No certificate or results shall be given to the student until all fees are paid.
It is not allowed for the student to use school transportation unless he/she register and books a seat. If this procedure has not been followed then the bus fees must be paid in full.
All received cheques will be sent directly to the bank as soon as they are received .Parents who wish to pay in cash have to inform the finance department one week before the cheque is due. The school will not take any responsibility for any delay of payment.
the parents should inform the school writing if the student stops coming to school inorder to finalize the payment. If the school has not been informed in writing then the date recorded in the school will be considered as the last day of attendance.
It is not allowed for the student to use school transportation unless he/she register and books a seat. If this procedure has not been followed then the bus fees must be paid in full.
Discount for parents will be given but if a part of the fees or the whole fees are paid by any other organization then the discount is invalid.
if you claim any fees refund the school requires seven days to issue the cheque.
if the student leaves the school for any reason then the fees have to be collected to the ministry of education Rules:

The books, uniforms and registration fees are un-refundable and will be deducted
If the student attends the school for 14 days of less than the parents must pay the fees on one month and 10% of the transportation fees.
If the student attends the school for 14 days and less than 30 days then the parents must pay the fees of two months and 20% of the transportation fees.
If the student attends the school for more than 30 days and less than 60 days then the parents must pay three months fees and 30 % of the transportation fees.
If the student attends the school for more than 2 months then the fees and transportation will be collected according to the period of attendance. This will be calculated by dividing the fees by 10 months then multiplying the result by the period of time of the student attendance. If the student attends even one day of the month this will still be considered.
